Introducing…4 North Shore Candidates for State Representative

Election season is going to be kicking into high gear in June, and we are fortunate to have 4 candidates challenging long time Beacon Hill incumbents in our North Shore State Representative races.

I’d like to introduce you to each candidate – in this post, I’ll just give you a brief overview of each. I’ve reached out to each candidate asking for some more detailed information that I will share in subsequent posts.

Allison Gustavson, from Manchester, is running to represent the 4th Essex. Allison is a mom, small business manager, teacher, and an advocate for civic engagement. She is running to offer a new kind of leadership that emphasizes:

  • stewardship of the environment

She is a seasoned community organizer – and local organizations have thrived under her leadership: like Community Giving Tree, that tripled its outreach to children in need. She will get things done. She will fight for:

  • school funding & safety
  • civil rights for ALL citizens
  • preserving & protecting the environment
  • health care for all

She is dynamic, engaging, thoughtful and responsive. She is committed to representing her district and strengthening the community. Tram supports:
